The form below is for your convenience in requesting a repair/maintenance. You must put a service request in writing for SDL to dispatch a service company to your residence. Please keep in mind that there are certain repairs that are the tenants responsibility; clogged drains, and toilets, beeping smoke alarms( battery needs replacing), light bulbs burning out. We would like to service any request that the owner is responsible for, and will make every attempt to do so in a reasonable amount of time. If you place a service request that is not an emergency on a Friday afternoon, we will contact you the following Monday. Emergencies are considered water leaks that you cannot stop by turning the shut off valve yourself, or anything that can cause an immediate fire. Please contact our office during business hours if an emergency situation occurs call 951-302-5300 and you may use the Emergency Phone # 951-764-8486 AFTER hours. IF YOU HAVE A FIRE OR GAS LEAK PLEASE CALL 9-1-1 !!!!
