Dave came to SDL as our chief showing/leasing agent. Over the last 8 years Dave has progressed up the ladder and has become our Director of Property Management. As well as managing our office staff he is responsible for the day to day operation of our entire property management division. A former military veteran Dave thrives on being able to interact with lots of different people in many diverse situations.

Dawn is the newest member to the SDL Team. Dawn brings more than 20 years Property Management experience to SDL. Dawn has a very versatile background, from Property Manager, to accounting for 3 Property Management Companies at the same time, maintenance supervisor and last but not least Evictions.
