However, reservation requests do not become confirmed reservations until: If you are renting; you have a "hold" deposit on a rental property If you are selling your home; you have an accepted transaction and have opened escrow If you are buying a home; you have an accepted transaction and have opened escrow You have completely read and agree to "The Fine Print" available online You have completed a reservation confirmation form with an SDL team member You have paid a $100.00 "hold fee" to confirm the reservation Reservations are completed by phone with an SDL team member or in our office during regular business hours.
