SDL provides two basic services;

Placement Only:
Some clients do not desire ongoing monthly management of their rental units. If you seek only “placement services”, SDL will still need to create a limited services agreement with you. Then, we aggressively market your rental, show the home to prospective tenants, process tenant applications, organize the move-in inspection and finalize all lease documentation between the tenant and you. Once the tenant is placed in accordance with the lease agreement, SDL steps out of the picture and you manage your own rental thereafter.


Monthly Management:
The vast majority of our clients desire ongoing management of their rental properties. Wouldn’t it be nice to never have to worry about your tenant and simply receive a check each month? Including all of the placement services described above, SDL will then manage your investment to include; acting on tenant repair complaints, collecting rent, mediating disputes between tenants and owners, and maintaining records to comply with your tax reporting requirements, amongst other services.
