Current Rentals:
Our current rentals are updated on a daily basis. Before making an appointment to see a specific rental home, we suggest you drive by the home to satisfy yourself as to the "curb appeal" of the home and the amenities offered in the immediate neighborhood.
Each rental owner offers different incentives, terms and conditions to prospective tenants. Each unit is professionally prepared prior to move-in to provide clean living quarters with working utilities. Some units come with appliances and others don't. Some units allow pets and others don't (pet owners should expect an increased security deposit). Some provide landscaping services, trash removal and other amenities included in the rent, and others don't.
Please call our office during normal business hours and we will be pleased to make arrangements to show you our various rental listings. Please understand that we make our best efforts to show you homes at your convenience but this is sometimes not possible.

This service is available weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and weekends 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. As well, if you are surfing online after hours and would like us to contact you early the next day, simply click Contact Danny, or if you wish to schedule a viewing appointment, simply click the "Schedule Viewing Appointment" link on each rental listing and our "Agent on Duty" will contact you early the next day.
We respectfully request that you DO NOT knock on the doors of our rentals. The tenants cannot answer your questions about the property and we strive to maintain each tenant's right to privacy. Thank you for your consideration in this regard.

(Those listings that say "rented" are pending move-ins. Sometimes the rental falls through. If the neighborhood catches your attention, you are welcome to call and confirm status of the pending rental or ask if we have any others coming up in that neighborhood.)

Most listings have a map locator link, however, sometimes newer developed roads and neighborhoods have not yet been mapped by Yahoo or Mapquest. In this case, please call our office and we will be pleased to give you driving directions to the home.
