About our Rentals:
Our rental inventory is updated on a daily basis. Before making an appointment to see a home, we suggest you drive by it to satisfy yourself as to "curb appeal" and the amenities offered in the immediate neighborhood.
(Note: We respectfully request that you DO NOT knock on the doors of our rentals. The tenants cannot answer your questions about the property and we strive to maintain each tenant's right to privacy.)
Each rental home is professionally prepared prior to move-in. Some units come with appliances and others don't. Some units allow pets and others don't (pet owners should expect an increased security deposit). Some provide landscaping services, trash removal and other amenities included in the rent, and others don't. Your SDL agent will answer all your questions!
Making an Appointment to View a Home
By Phone: Please call our office during normal business hours and we will be pleased to make arrangements to show you our various rental listings.
Online: Simply click the "Schedule an Appointment" link on each rental listing and our "Agent on Duty" will contact you as quickly as possible.
About School Boundaries
A specific school may be a top priority in your choice of a rental home. If so, click on the links below to determine the school boundaries for any rental home of interest.

Most listings have a map locator link, however, sometimes newer developed roads and neighborhoods have not yet been mapped by Yahoo or Mapquest. In this case, please call our office and we will be pleased to give you driving directions to the home.
Note: Those listings that say "rented" are pending move-ins. Sometimes the rental falls through. If the neighborhood catches your attention, you are welcome to call and confirm status of the pending rental or ask if we have any others coming up in that neighborhood.
